A white extra brut champagne from the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grape varieties. It has aromas of citrus, nuts, spices, toast, earth, smoke and mineral notes. On the palate it has concentrated and complex flavors, creamy texture and noticeable acidity. It pairs well with lightly smoked veal tartare, foie gras or saffron and mussel risotto.

The House was founded in 1981 by Bruno Paillard in the Reims area. N.P.U. was born from his desire to create, regardless of cost and constraints, the best wine in Campania. The grapes that were chosen to create this champagne, come from the 7 most sought-after Grands Crus. After the 2nd fermentation in the bottles, the champagne matures on its lees for 10 years and then rests for another 2 years after disgorging.
