NV Brut Classic is a white brut champagne with golden hints. In the nose we notice aromas of white flowers, green fruits such as apple and brioche. In the mouth we have tiny and silky bubbles with a full body and acidity. It has a long and fruity aftertaste. You could drink it as an aperitif or you could pair it with raw seafood or fish sashimi.

Champagne Deutz is a notable Champagne house founded in 1838 by wine merchants William Deutz and Pierre-Hubert Geldermann, when they began to buy top vineyards in the best region. Today, Deutz is well-known for its balanced, elegant wines made from the classic Champagne blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. In 1983, after generations of ownership by the Deutz and Geldermann families, the company was sold to the Rouzaud family, the owners of Louis Roederer. The 80% of grape is sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites. Most of Deutz’s vineyards are in the Aÿ, with additional plots in the Côte de Blancs. The house also uses grapes from contract growers. In the winery, the still base wines are vinified in stainless steel tanks. After secondary fermentation, the bottles are aged in cellars deep underground.
