Description
A champagne with a golden color, with aromas of apricot, lime and grapefruit. The aromas of red fruits (gooseberry, blackberry, sour cherry) follow. As time goes by, our champagne reveals the aromas of dried fruit (apple, lemon), notes of nuts and yeast. It has intense acidity and flavors of citrus fruit, nuts, blackcurrant, cherry, fig and raspberry. As it evolves in the glass, it gives us notes of plum and pear and a surprising length. You can combine it with cheeses (brie, camembert), poultry, shellfish and also enjoy it as an aperitif.

The Champagne House Bruno Paillard is located in Reims, founded in 1981 by Bruno Paillard. The first vineyard was purchased in 1994 in the Côte de Blancs region. Première Cuvée Extra-Brut is a champagne that interprets the entire region. It comes from 30 crus of the noblest terroirs of the Champagne region.
