Description
Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru has a pale yellow color with green highlights. It has aromas of citrus fruits (lime and grapefruit), followed by white flowers. Αs time goes by, notes of almond and toast appear. In the mouth it has a mineral character, crisp acidity, flavors of citrus and nuts. A champagne that you can pair with shellfish, oysters and fish.

The House was founded in 1981 by Bruno Paillard in the area of Reims. The first vineyard was purchased in 1994 in the Côte de Blancs. Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru comes from Grand Cru vineyards of the “Côte des Blancs” valley. It can be aged on fine lees for 4 years, while aging for 10 years after disgorgement.
